White Sauce Dalia

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Gajraj Royale Dalia
  • 2 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese
White sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped Garlic
  • 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp refined Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 Cheese Slice/Cube
Tips :-  You can make the same using red sauce.

Method

White Sauce preparation:
  • In a pan, add butter. Let it melt
  • Add oil so that butter doesn’t burn
  • Add garlic and sauté for 2-3 mins
  • Add flour and mix
  • Add milk and keep mixing
  • Make sure there are no lumps
  • Add mixed herbs, thyme, black pepper and salt
  • Mix well
  • Add 1 cheese slice or grated cube and mix
  • Let the sauce simmer for 3-4 mins
  • Remove some sauce for plating
White sauce Dalia:
  • Roast Dalia in a pan
  • Add water and let it boil for 10-15mins
  • Add boiled Dalia with sauce and mix well
  • In a plate add Dalia and pour the remaining sauce on sides
  • Add mozzarella cheese and smoke it
  • Garnish some chilly flakes and olive oil
