Schezwan sauce:
2 tbsp Chopped Garlic
2 tbsp Chopped Onion
1 tsp Aromat
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Paste
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp Soya Sauce
1 tsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Oil
Dosa batter:
250 gms Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa
2 cups Water
1/4 cup Maida
1 tbsp Rice Flour
Dosa toppings:
1/4 cup Chopped Coriander
1/4 cup Chopped Onion · 1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 tbsp Chopped Green Chillies
