Schezwan Rawa Dosa

A nutritious breakfast to help you thrive through your long day. With its tastier twist and funky fusion of vegetables and sauces, enjoy this Indo-Chinese Rawa Dosa combo as your staple standard morning meal.

Ingredients

Schezwan sauce:
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Aromat
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Paste
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Oil
Dosa batter:
  • 250 gms Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/4 cup Maida
  • 1 tbsp Rice Flour
Dosa toppings:
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Coriander
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Onion · 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Green Chillies
Tips:- Make sure the batter is runny for a crispy Dosa

Method

Schezwan sauce:
  • In a pan, add oil and let it heat
  • Add chopped garlic and sauté until brown
  • Add chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes
  • Add soya sauce, red chilli paste, tomato ketchup, vinegar & aromat
  • Mix well
  • Add little water and let it simmer
  • Finish with spring onion greens
Dosa:
  • Soak Rawa for 30 minutes
  • Grind in the blender with 1 cup water
  • In a bowl, add grinded dosa mixture, add maida, rice flour, onion, coriander, cumin seeds, green chillies, 1 cup water and mix well
  • Grease the pan with oil & fry the onion
  • First, add the batter to the corners, then to the middle
  • Add oil on the sides
  • Once it seems crispy on the edges and middle, flip it and cook on the other side until crispy
  • Spread Schezwan sauce
  • Fold it and serve
