Rawa Veg Cutlet

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Boiled potato
  • Carrot
  • Capsicum
  • Onion
  • Coriander
  • Green chilies
  • Salt
  • Red chili powder
  • Chaat Masala
  • Amchur powder
  • Cornflour to bind
  • Maida slurry
  • Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa to coat
Method
  • In a bowl take potatoes and all the veggies carrot, onion, capsicum, coriander, and green chilies
  • Season with chaat masala, amchur powder, salt, and red chili powder
  • Use cornflour to bind and manage the consistency
  • Then make a maida slurry using- 1 tsp maida and 3 tbsp water
  • And dip the cutlets into the slurry and coat it with Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa
  • Roast it or deep fry it until crispy on both sides
