Rawa Toast

Rawa Toast is one of those fusion dishes that just became a “too good to be true” open toast. With two crunchy elements, bread over Rawa, every bite is a crispy feeling from the heavens. Topped with veggies and a pinch of masala makes this dish too appetizing. 

Ingredients

  • Half cup Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • Salt
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Capsicum
  • 1 tbsp Green Chilies
  • 1 Tomato Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Coriander Chopped
  • (4 slices) Bread
  • 1/2 cup Water
Method
  • In a bowl take Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa and dahi. Mix well and rest for 10 minutes
  • Add all veggies, salt, and red chili powder. Mix well
  • Spread the Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa masala on the bread
  • Heat a pan with some oil or butter and place the bread with Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa side down. Cook for 5-6 minutes
  • Once done flip and cook on the other side
  • Cut into triangles and serve with green chutney or ketchup!
