Ingredients
Tart
1/2 cup Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa
100 gm Butter (chilled)
30 gm Icing Sugar
15ml Chilled Water
15ml Egg or Milk
Cream Cheese filling:
3 tbsp Cream Cheese
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
Tips:- You can use egg instead of milk and whipped cream as filling.
Method
Tart
In a bowl add flour butter , add Rawa and mix •
Add icing sugar and mix
Add milk and knead dough
Rest for 15 mins in refrigerator
Line in tart shells

Bake at 200 for 12-15 minutes in OTG
For microwave (In convection mode) – 200 for 15 mins
