Rawa Crispy Potato Fingers

A quick evening snack accompanied by a hot cup of tea, Potato Fingers remain the most loved dish at all times across age groups. The softness of potato, with the crunchiness of fried Rawa- topped with some masala, dipped in ketchup on the side is a mouth-watering sight.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa
  • 1 tsp oil
  • (3-4) boiled Potato Grated
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Coriander
  • (2) Fine Chopped Green Chilies
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
Method
  • In a vessel take water and boil it
  • Add Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa, oil and turn off the flame. Let it soak in water
  • Grate the potatoes
  • In a bowl take soaked Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa. Add grated potatoes, green chilies, coriander, and salt
  • Mix everything well and make a dough
  • Make fingers and deep fry
  • Sprinkle some peri-peri or chat masala
