Rawa Pizza Bombs

For those who can’t stop counting calories but find it difficult to resist pizza cravings, here’s a healthier alternative. These Rawa Pizza Bombs would taste just like your regular pizza and would also not contribute much to your extra calories. So, get your evening hunger sorted with these little yet powerful bombs. You can also add some pizza toppings for a better taste. 

Ingredients

  •  150 gm Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa
  • 2 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 tsp Pizza Seasoning
  • Oil to fry
Tips:  Let it warm well for the mozzarella cheese to pull up.

Method

  • Add water in the pan
  • Add salt and ghee
  • Let the water boil
  • Add fine grinded Rawa
  • Mix well
  • Cook until the mixture comes together
  • Let the mixture rest and cool
  • Knead a dough of the mix and add corn flour
  • Add seasoning to the cheese and make a mix
  • Now divide the dough in small and equal size balls
  • Add the cheese mix and shape the ball
  • Let oil be warm and shallow fry the balls
  • Fry until crisp and golden brown
  • Sprinkle peri-peri masala and coriander
