Rawa Pink Beetroot Dosa

This is one of the healthy and tasty versions of dosa, made with beetroot juice. It is an excellent and instant morning breakfast recipe that is healthy, with all the nutrients required for a morning meal. It is known for its colour, crispiness, and taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Soaked Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa
  • 1/4 cup Beetroot juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Meetha soda
Method
  • Blend together soaked Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa
  • Remove in a bowl
  • Add beetroot juice
  • Add salt and meetha soda
  • Add water as required and make the dosa batter
  • Cook on a dosa pan or a nonstick pan
