Rawa Moong Pakode

This is a quick, crunchy, and tasty snack made with yellow split moong dal, spices, Gajraj Kesari Rawa, and herbs. These pakodas are extremely flavourful and go well with a cup of tea or coffee. You can also serve them with green chutney.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Soaked moong dal
  • 1/4 cup Soaked Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa
  • 1 tsp Ginger grated
  • 1 tsp Chilies chopped
  • Salt
  • tbsp Gram flour
  • 1/4 cup Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa raw
  • Whole coriander seeds crushed 1 tbsp
Method
  • In a mixer grinder, blend together soaked moong dal
  • Add Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa until smooth
  • Remove in a bowl
  • Add salt, green chilies, whole coriander seeds, gram flour, Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa, and ginger. Mix well and make batter-like consistency
  • Deep fry and serve with green chutney
