This is a quick, crunchy, and tasty snack made with yellow split moong dal, spices, Gajraj Kesari Rawa, and herbs. These pakodas are extremely flavourful and go well with a cup of tea or coffee. You can also serve them with green chutney.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Soaked moong dal
1/4 cup Soaked Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa
1 tsp Ginger grated
1 tsp Chilies chopped
Salt
tbsp Gram flour
1/4 cup Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa raw
Whole coriander seeds crushed 1 tbsp
Method
In a mixer grinder, blend together soaked moong dal
Add Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa until smooth
Remove in a bowl
Add salt, green chilies, whole coriander seeds, gram flour, Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa, and ginger. Mix well and make batter-like consistency
