This is a traditional Indian sweet mainly made during the festive season. It is a very sweet, chewy delicacy that is made with very few ingredients. Gajraj Kesari Rawa gives it a granular texture and a rich taste.
Ingredients
Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa
Milk
Ghee
Milk Powder
Sugar
Cardamom Powder
Dry Fruits (for garnishing)
Method
Take 100 gm milk
Add 200 gm Kesari Rawa
Mix well
Gradually add 1 cup milk powder (100 gm)
Make sugar syrup
Cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes
Add ¼ tsp elaichi powder
Grease the mould with ghee and pour the batter into it
Rest for 3-4 hours
Cut into pieces, garnish with dry fruits, and serve
