Rawa ka Halwa

Raw, Ghee and sugar are the three main ingredients required to make this simple yet super healthy dessert. Garnish this Rawa Halwa recipe well with kesar springs and serve hot!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa
  •  1/2 cup Ghee 
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water 
  • 2 tbsp mixed Dry Fruits 
  • Kesar Sprigs
Tips:- It is famously known as “Bhaat” and is served by filling a bowl tightly and flipping it on a plate.

Method

  • Roast Rawa for 5-10 mins
  • Add ghee and continue roasting for 3-4 minutes
  • Add kesar
  • Add water and stir well
  • Add sugar and mix well
  • Add dry fruits and stir
  • Cover and cook for 15 minutes
  • Serve with dry fruits and kesar sprigs
