Rawa Idli Sooji Idli

We bet you’ll never say no to this incredibly soft, light, and savoury meal! This pillowy snack made from the goodness of Gajraj’s Rawa is guaranteed to save your cooking time. As easy as it is to prepare Rawa Idli, so is its traditional dip—coconut chutney.

Ingredients

  • 250 gm Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa
  • 2 cups of Water
  • 1 Packet Plain Eno
  • 1 tsp Salt

Tips :-  You can use baking powder instead of Eno. 

METHOD

  •  Take Rawa and add water
  • Mix it well
  • Soak Rawa for 30 mins
  • Grind it into fine paste
  • Add salt and eno
  • Mix it well
  • Now oil the idli moulds
  • Put the batter in each mould
  • Heat water in a steamer
  • Add the mould
  • Make sure the mould does not touch water
  • Cover and steam for 10 mins
  • Check with a toothpick
  • Now serve the idlis with chutney
