Rawa Fish Fry

With quick steps, make one of the most popular dishes at seafood joints at your home. Remember to coat the fish with Gajraj Kesari Rawa on both sides and fry it thoroughly. Garnish well with onion rings, lemon slices, and some finely chopped coriander. Best for crispy coating and frying, be it fish or paneer, use Gajraj Kesari Rawa.

Ingredients

  • 1-piece Pomfret Fish
  • 1 cup Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tsp Tandoori Masala
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 2 tbsp Curd

Method

  • In a bowl, mix curd with all the spices
  • Marinate the fish with the mix
  • Now coat the fish with Kesari Rawa on both the sides
  • In a pan, add some oil
  • Shallow fry the fish for 12 mins, each side
Tips:- You can apply a little oil and also air fry the fish.
