Rawa Enchiladas Kesari Bansi Rawa

Rolling around a filling of lots of vegetables and creamy cheese, this Mexican delicacy, Veg Enchilada, will be your promising tummy-filling dish. For a better experience, sprinkle some onions, tandoori sauce, and mayo on top.

Ingredients

  •  1 cup Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa
  • 1/2 cup Carrot
  • 1/2 cup Capsicum
  • 1/2 cup Spring Onion
  • 1/2 cup finely Chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
  • 1 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese
Tips:-   You can soak the Rawa with curd too
 

Method

  • Soak the Rawa with water for 1 hour, add all the veggies ·
  • Add salt, chilli powder and mixed herbs ·
  • Mix everything well till it turns into a thick batter
  • Put a ring cutter on a pan
  • Add the batter
  • Cook for 5-7 mins
  • Remove the ring and flip the enchilada
  • Cook from the other side too
  • Add mozzarella cheese in the center
  • Add mixed herbs and gently fold it
  • Serve with the dip of your choice
