Method
Take the ready-made dhokla and cut it from between two parts.
Now make filling by mixing choices of veggies like we have taken onion, capsicum, carrot, and mixed herbs and mayo.
Mix well
Add chutney on one side of dhokla and ketchup on the other and the filling and make a sandwich.
