Rawa Cookies

Rawa Butter cookies are a decadently rich yet wonderfully simple treat. They are light, crispy and super delicious, and made with only a handful of pantry staples – including Gajraj rawa, cardamom, and butter, of course. Here you’ll find step-by-step instructions to make these healthy snacks

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa
  •  1/2 cup Butter 
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (Maida) 
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder 
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1 cup Milk
Tips:- You can replace cardamom powder with different flavor’s like vanilla essence or chocolate powder.

Method

  • Add butter and sugar 
  • Whisk them together 
  • Add Kesari Rawa and maida 
  • Add baking powder and cardamom powder 
  • Mix them all 
  • Add milk slowly while mixing 
  • Add more milk, if required, for the dough 
  • Knead the dough well 
  • Line butter paper on baking tray 
  • Scoop even-sized dough 
  • Flatten them with hands 
  • Add dry fruits on top 
  • Bake at 180°C for 15 mins in OTG For microwave (In convection mode) – 200°C for 10 mins 
  • Serve with milk or tea
