Rawa Cake

A freshly baked homemade treat that is slathered in frosting! Intimidated? Begin here. We’ll teach you how to bake a healthy dessert—a Rawa Cake, that’s moist and mouth-watering every time. Serve with ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. 

Ingredients

  •  1 cup Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa
  •  1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder · 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 cup Curd · 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence Mix
  • 1/4 cup Choco chips
Tips :-   For microwave use: (In convection mode) – 200 for 30-40 mins

Method

  •  Whisk butter and sugar in a bowl
  • Add cardamom powder and vanilla essence mix
  • Add Rawa and mix
  • Add curd and mix
  • Add baking powder & soda
  • Then add milk while mixing
  • Add Choco chips and mix gently
  • Line the cake tin and apply butter
  • Pour the batter in the tin
  • Bake at 200 for 20-25 mins in OTG For microwave*
  • Serve with ice-cream and chocolate sauce
