Pepper Paneer

This Indo-Chinese twist to paneer makes it a great appetizer. Garlic and green chilies bring in a hot and pungent aroma, while soy sauce and vinegar bring the Chinese flavor to the dish. Pepper Paneer is an addictive and delicious dish preparation, without losing its original flavor. 

Ingredients

  • 100 gms paneer
  • 1/4 cup Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa to coat
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Maida
  • 1 tsp Cornflour
  • 1 cup Diced onions and capsicum
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Aromat
  • Spring onion greens to garnish
  • tbsp Ginger and garlic – finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
Method
  • Coat paneer cubes in ginger garlic paste, maida, cornflour, salt, and Kesari Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa
  • Shallow fry them until crispy on all sides on a pan
  • In a wok take some oil, sauté ginger and garlic then add onion and capsicum and sauté until soft
  • Add black pepper, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, and aromat mix well
  • Add paneer and mix again
  • Garnish with spring onion greens
