Ingredients
1/2 cup Gajraj Royale Lapsi
2 tbsp Ghee
2 cups Milk ·
1 cup granulated Sugar
1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
1/4 cup chopped Dry Fruits (Almond, Cashew & Pistachio)
1/4 cup Raisins
Tips :- This is also known as “Kheeran”
Method
In a pan, add ghee and let it melt
Roast Lapsi
Once done add dry fruits, roast for 2-3 minutes
Add 1 cup milk and let it simmer
Add sugar and let it melt
Add cardamom powder and stir
Add remaining milk, cover & cook
Add few raisins and save some for later
Once done garnish with more dry fruits and raisins
