Rawa Mawa Gujiya

This is one of the delicious desserts you can have during festive seasons. Its shape, filling, and taste make it much more enjoyable to eat. As we add dry fruits and coconut in the filling, Gujiya’s nutritional value also increases, making it not just tasty but also healthy.

Ingredients

  • cup maida
  • 1/4 cup ghee
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup roasted dry fruits
  • 2-3 tbsp roasted coconut
  • 125 gm mawa
  • ¼ tsp elaichi powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp grated nutmeg
  • Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa
Method
  • Take 2 cup of maida
  • Add some ghee
  • Add lukewarm water
  • Knead the dough
  • Take 60 gm Gajraj Royale Kesari Rawa and roast it
  • Add ¼ cup roasted dry fruits
  • Add 2-3 tsp roasted coconut
  • Take 125 gm mawa and roast it, add it to suji mix
  • Mix well
  • Make some sugar syrup, add to suji mix
  • Shape the dough for filling
  • Fill suji mix in it
  • Fry gujiyas
  • Garnish them with dry fruits
