Dalia Smoothie Bowl

Breakfast Smoothies are a healthy way to start the day if you prefer something light. It is ideal and nutritious for any meal. Mix Gajraj Daliya with exotic fruits and relish the smoothie! 

Ingredients

  •  1 cup Gajraj Royale Dalia
  • 2 tbsp soaked Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped Dragon Fruit
  • 1 tbsp chopped Kiwi ·
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Cherries for garnishing
Tips:- You can replace maple syrup with honey

Method

  • Roast Dalia in a pan
  • Add water and let it boil for 10-15mins
  • Add milk in the boiled Dalia
  • Add vanilla essence
  • Add maple syrup
  • Mix it well
  • Top it with chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, dragon fruit and kiwi
  • Garnish with cherries
