Dalia Salad with veggies

Become a salad lover in no time! Mix Gajraj’s Kesari Dalia with tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, etc. and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves for a refreshing experience.

Ingredients

Vinaigrette Dressing:
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard Sauce
Salad:
  • 1 cup Gajraj Royale Dalia
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1 cup Tomato
  • 1 cup Carrot · Lettuce leaves for Salad Bed
  • Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnishing
Tips:- You can store the dressing or add different veggies with Dalia

Method

Vinaigrette Dressing:
  • Combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and mustard sauce
  • Mix well and transfer to a glass jar
Salad preparation:
  • Roast Dalia on pan
  • Add water and let it boil for 10-15mins
  • Make a lettuce bed in a bowl
  • Add boiled Dalia in one side
  • Assemble all the vegies one by one
  • Pour the prepared dressing all over
  • Garnish with lemon and mint leaves
