Make this lip-smacking, crunchy and everybody’s favourite go-to snack with a twist. Use Daliya to make this veggie burger patty and we’re sure you’d crave it more each time!
Ingredients
1 cup Gajraj Royale Dalia
1/2 cup finely chopped Carrot
1/2 cup finely chopped Capsicum
1/2 cup finely chopped Spring Onion
1/2 cup Boiled Potato · 1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Cornflour
1 tbsp Mixed Herbs
2 Burger Buns
2 Cheese Slices
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Mustard Sauce
1-2 Lettuce Leaves
1 sliced Tomato
1 sliced Onion
Tips:- You can deep fry or air fry the slider
Method
Roast Dalia in a pan
Add water and let it boil for 10-15mins
In a bowl add boiled Dalia
Add all the veggies
Add mix herbs, salt, red chilli powder and corn flour
Mix everything together
Toast the buns
Now apply some oil on your hand
Make some patties with this mix
Apply more butter to the pan
Roast the prepared patties
Cook them from both the sides
Put cheese slice on each patty
Now spread mayonnaise on one inner side of the bun
