Chinese fried Dalia

This simple and healthy meal can be your saviour in times of sudden hunger! This time, prepare it with a Chinese twist. Add tangy sauces to it and have it as your evening snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Gajraj Royale Dalia
  • 2 tbsp chopped Garlic
  • 1 cup chopped Carrot, Cabbage & Capsicum
  • 1/2 cup chopped Spring Onion Greens
  • 1 tsp Chilli Paste
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dark Soya Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Aromat
Tips:- You can use egg instead of milk and whipped cream as filling.

Method

  •  Roast Dalia in a pan
  •  Add water and let it boil for 10-15mins
  •  In a pan, heat oil
  • Add garlic and sauté 2-3 mins ·
  • Add veggies and cook 5-7 minutes until soft
  •  Add red chilli paste, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar and mix well
  • Add aromat and mix
  • Add boiled Dalia & mix
  • Finish with spring onion greens
