Ingredients
1 cup Gajraj Royale Dalia
2 tbsp chopped Garlic
1 cup chopped Carrot, Cabbage & Capsicum
1/2 cup chopped Spring Onion Greens
1 tsp Chilli Paste
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp Dark Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Aromat
Tips:- You can use egg instead of milk and whipped cream as filling.
Method
Roast Dalia in a pan
Add water and let it boil for 10-15mins
In a pan, heat oil
Add garlic and sauté 2-3 mins ·
Add veggies and cook 5-7 minutes until soft
Add red chilli paste, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar and mix well
